November is the month we celebrate the service of all Veterans and the month
United Military Care hosts its Give Thanks For Those Who Served.
We are disappointed that Covid 19 has taken away our opportunity to thank our Veterans
in person with great food, music and lots of hugs this year. However, we will NOT
let Covid 19 keep us from showing our gratitude to our Veterans for their service
to our country.
On Saturday, November 7 th a BBQ meal with all the fixin’s will be available to all
Veterans for FREE. Meals will be delivered to our home-bound Veterans; while
any Veteran can drop by our office to pick up their meal from 11am to 2pm. Non-
Veterans and their families can purchase a meal for $10 each.
Our partners, Iron Order Motorcycle Club will be smoking the pork at our office
(1220 Old Canton Road, Marietta) and providing the fixin’s. Other great partners
will be donating sweets to complete the meal and helping with distribution.
