Make A Donation

Monetary donations are an important part of helping our Veterans.  We work hard to be good stewards of your donations with an average of 7% going to Administrative/Overhead and 93% directly touching the Veteran!

Your gift not only helps to keep our doors open for those in need but also provides:

  • gas vouchers & MARTA breeze cards,

  • emergency motel stays until a shelter bed is available,

  • fresh fruit, vegetables and dairy for a Senior Veteran,

  • fuel to deliver food boxes to Seniors who are hungry,

  • and so much more!

Volunteer Your Time

Volunteers make the world go around!  We love working with individuals, groups, scouts, and corporate volunteer teams to make the lives of our Veterans better each day.

There are several opportunities each quarter to volunteer in a variety of ways.

  • Be A Battle Buddy - Visit Veterans

  • Assemble Food Boxes & Bags

Board of Directors|Leadership Council

Our organization always appreciates the generosity and involvement of people like you, with every contribution going towards making United Military Care even better.

Our Board Of Directors are a diverse group of professionals and retirees who are willing to lead and govern United Military Care, while having a strong compassion towards Veterans and military service.  Average time given weekly is 1.5 hours and attendance of four in person meetings annually with monthly web based updates.

The Leadership Council is comprised of local professionals who also have a strong compassion for Veterans and military service.  The Council volunteers to educate the community about challenges Veterans face, speak publicly, and generate awareness of the organization.  Meetings are generally held bi-monthly.
